Glou Glou "Barrel Aged" Wine Infusion

We infused an assortment of our finest green beans with Las Jaras' chugable hit red wine Glou Glou. The coffee is cold soaked in the wine in an anaerobic atmosphere, and then roasted in small batches. This aromatic coffee is a delight on the palate.
